First Aid Course
Our first aid course is our most accessible training session and is designed to provide the essential skills and knowledge for any emergency situation. This officially recognised course can be completed in a day and is ideal for office workers, construction staff, personal trainers, lifesavers, and much more.
Starting from $90, this six-hour course will cover everything from CPR through to basic emergency life support, and once completed, you will be considered a Level Two First Aider. We offer this course across eight locations throughout New South Wales, with each session undertaken face-to-face, ensuring no online learning.

We are a fully certified first aid training provider (RTO 41072), delivering the highest training standards possible. Our face-to-face approach ensures careful teaching, allowing you to ask questions and enjoy a practical, hands-on learning experience.

Who is this first aid course designed for?
Thanks to covering HLTAID009, HLTAID010 and HLTAID011, this first aid course is very versatile and suitable for a broad range of industries. It is often referred to as the Senior First Aid Course or the First Aid Officer Course and is designed to encompass the most common emergency situations.
How long is the first aid course valid for?
After completing this first aid course, the certificate you achieve will be valid for three years. However, the Australian Resuscitation Council recommends you undertake a CPR refresher course every 12 months.
How long does the course last?
We believe that students learn best when seeing it face-to-face. That is why our course is undertaken in person, allowing you to learn in a fun and practical environment. The course will last for around five to six hours, and there is no need for online learning or prior knowledge before joining.
Are your courses officially recognised?
We are an officially recognised provider of first aid training, and you can check our credentials using RTO number 41072.
First Aid Certificate
All participants must undergo an assessment after training for the First Aid Courses
All our first Aid certificates come with a QR code. The QR code can be scanned to verify authenticity.
All participants that successfully complete the course will be issued a statement of attainment (certificate)
You will be issued your first aid certificate straight after your course to use immediately.
