UETDRMP018 – Perform rescue from a live low voltage panel
HLTAID009 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Entry requirements
HLTAID009 CPR is the prerequisite for UETDRMP018 and is included in this combined course. Contact us before booking if you are unsure about course suitability.
Identification
Bring current original photo ID. Your identity must be verified before certification.
English and learning skills
You need enough English to understand instructions, answer knowledge questions and communicate during practical activities. Contact us before booking if you need learning support.
What to bring and wear
Bring your photo ID and USI. Wear practical, comfortable clothing suitable for kneeling on the floor and performing CPR.
Attendance and assessment
Attend the full session and complete the knowledge and practical assessments. You must perform at least 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR on an adult manikin on the floor and CPR on an infant manikin on a firm surface. You will also complete practical low voltage rescue activities.
USI
Provide a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI), unless an exemption applies. Create or find yours free at usi.gov.au.
Certification
After successful completion and verification, you will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for UETDRMP018, HLTAID009. Issuing may be delayed if your ID or USI cannot be verified.

Your training with National Courses

What is a LVR CPR First Aid course?
The LVR/CPR course teaches you how to perform CPR and rescue someone from a live low-voltage electrical panel safely. It’s designed for those working in environments where electrical safety and emergency response are essential.
How long is a LVR CPR Training?
The course runs for 5 hours and is delivered face to face. Check your chosen session for start and finish times. Full attendance and successful assessment are required.
Is my LVR/CPR Aid certificate recognised nationally?
Yes. The LVR CPR course leads to a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment, valid across all Australian states and territories. This allows you to meet workplace health and safety requirements nationwide.
Do I need prior experience?
HLTAID009 CPR is the prerequisite for UETDRMP018 and is included in this combined course. You need to be able to participate safely in floor-based CPR and simulated rescue activities. Contact us before booking to discuss any learning or physical support needs.
Will my LVR/CPR First Aid certificate expire?
Refresh CPR and LVR training every 12 months, or as required by your employer or industry. Check your employer’s requirements to keep your training current.
What if I can't attend the scheduled date I booked?
We understand that things come up. If you can’t make your booked session, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to transfer you to the next available date at no extra cost. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, so the earlier you let us know, the better.
How much does the LVR / CPR course cost?
The course costs $99 and runs for 5 hours. It includes LVR and CPR training, course materials and assessment.
