Do I need prior experience?
No experience is needed. The RCG NSW course is designed for beginners and will give you all the practical skills and knowledge to work confidently in licensed gaming venues.
Will my RCG certificate expire?
No. In New South Wale, your RCG certificate doesn’t expire once you’ve completed the course. You won’t need to redo the training or renew your certificate down the track.
