Roller ticket training is conducted on-site at your location. We do not provide training courses at our facility.
Our services are limited to on-site assessment for Roller certification.
Participants must be at least 17 years of age to sit the assessment for the Roller ticket course.
This ensures that trainees are legally eligible to operate heavy machinery.
Beginners will need to undergo full training to develop the necessary skills for Roller operation.
If you are an experienced operator, you may be eligible for the assessment-only option, where you demonstrate your skills and knowledge.
NOTE: Experienced operators must supply either OHS/RII ticket OR VOC (minimum 12 months experience).
You will need to bring appropriate workwear such as steel-toed boots, comfortable clothing, and any personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the job site.
If your site doesn’t have the equipment, we can discuss alternative arrangements or schedule training at a different location with the necessary machinery.
The assessment consists of both a theory and practical component.
Participants will be tested on their knowledge of Roller operations, safety procedures, and site management, followed by a practical assessment where they demonstrate their skills in operating the machinery.
The practical assessment takes place onsite, where participants will demonstrate their skills in operating a Roller under real-world conditions.
This includes performing tasks, handling the equipment safely, and following site-specific procedures.
If you do not pass the assessment, you can discuss re-assessment options with our team.
We offer feedback and support to help you prepare for the next attempt.
Yes, a short English literacy and numeracy test will be required as part of the assessment.
This ensures that participants have the necessary understanding to complete the course and operate a Roller safely.
