All participants enrolling in our short courses are required to have a USI. The USI is a national identifier that allows your training records to be securely stored and accessed online.
If you already have a USI, please provide it during enrollment.
If you do not have a USI, you will need to create one before starting the course. Creating a USI is free and can be done online using your personal details, such as your name, date of birth, and email.
The USI ensures that your course completion is officially recorded and accessible for future reference.

Training, Assessment and Certification Process
Start by participating in the required face-to-face Traffic Management training at one of our NSW or QLD venues. This practical course equips you with the skills and knowledge needed to implement traffic management plans, set up and coordinate traffic guidance schemes, and maintain safety for workers and road users in accordance with government regulations.
Upon successfully completing your training and assessment, your assessor will issue a Statement of Attainment for the RIISS00055 Traffic Management Implementer Skill Set. This qualification allows you to apply to the relevant state road authority (such as TMR in QLD or Transport for NSW) to gain the accreditation required to work as a Traffic Management Implementer.
Once your application is submitted, your Traffic Management card will be processed and mailed to your address, typically arriving within a few weeks.
Our trainers are committed to your success. At all NSW and QLD training locations, they provide supportive, hands-on instruction — and will stay back after sessions to offer extra help if you need assistance with any part of the course.
